  • Is Torbay Party & Events insured?
    Yes we have full public liability insurance of £5 million , so you can rest assured you are in good hands. This covers accident and injury caused by our equipment failing or incorrect or unsafe installation. As the hirer, you are responsible for ensuring adult supervision of the inflatable at all times. Beware of companies who do not have insurance. Always ask to see a copy of their insurance policy.
  • What time do you collect the Bouncy Castles?
    Our latest collection time (included in the price) is 6pm. We can arrange later pick ups but charges will apply.
  • Can we hire any of the equipment overnight?
    This is something that can be arranged if needed (extra charges will apply).
  • Will the weather affect our booking?
    Some of our Castles are supplied with shower covers, so are suitable in light showers. But in the case of heavy winds or heavy rain, unfortunately the booking will have to be cancelled. But rest assured your deposit will be secure and transferred to another date.
  • Can we hire a Bouncy Castle anytime of year?
    Yes of course, our inflatables are available to hire 24/7 12 months a year, Indoors & Outdoor (weather depending)
  • How do I pay for my booking?
    After we have confirmed your booking then we require a deposit within 7 days (amount dependant on booking) then the remainder is to be paid on the day of delivery.
  • What do we do if a problem occurs during the booking period?
    In the unlikely event that a problem should occur during your booking, give us a call and if needs be, we will send someone out to you to rectify the problem ASAP.
